Courtney Pizzimenti was crowned Miss Michigan Teen USA 2012 on October 1, 2011 at the McMorran Entertainment Center in Port Huron, Michigan. Courtney Pizzimenti will represent Michigan in Miss Teen USA 2012 Pageant.
